Online Coaching 

Whether you choose online one on one or group coaching our services are confidential and your identity is protected.  That's the beauty of this service.  It allows you to participate openly and honestly without the fear of being judged.  In group one line coaching everyone is encouraged to use a pen name to maximize their privacy so that they feel free to fully disclose. No need to worry about your story being shared.  We never share information with others and in fact there are confidentiality laws that protect your privacy.  We will do everything that is within our control to protect your identity.  We want you to get the maximum benefit and realize that you can only achieve that when you feel confident that your privacy is protected. We do not bill insurance companies therefore no one outside of our office will have access to your files. 

Group Coaching

Group coaching is very powerful, as it allows you to participate openly without the fear of being judged by others.  It also allows you the benefit of hearing the stories of others and sharing in their success.  As well, it can offer a smorgasbord of helpful information from individuals who have experienced the pain of these toxic relationships and how they have overcome them.  In group coaching everyone designs a program to fit their needs and share their program with others.

One on One Coaching

In one on one coaching you get the benefit of having a coach get to know and understand you on a more personal level.   You will be given the opportunity to share what you are most concerned about and get answers that are unique to your situation.  Your coach will focus on areas that you identify as target areas and design a program that specifically meets your needs.

Whether you choose online one on one or group coaching we will assist you in developing a personal strategic plan designed to assist you in your recovery from these toxic relationships.  However, we don’t stop there.  We realize that you will begin a new journey in relationships as well as other areas of your life.  In life things are in a constant state of change and in fact, change is the only thing that is constant. We live in uncertainty without fully acknowledging it but failure to acknowledge this reality compels one to stay where they are.  Just as you have had to adjust in life to a new neighborhood, new school or new job in due time you will adjust to a whole new experience in relationships as well as other areas of your life.  We want to help you in meeting your highest good in life. To meet this good will require you to get on a new path and one that will take you where you want to go.  While on this new path you will  potentially meet your proper soul mate.  We will match you with programs and services that will assist you in getting on your right path.
